Last updated: [DATE PLACEHOLDER]

This page is a general template, not legal advice. Review it with a qualified attorney and customize it for your business, location, and applicable laws before publishing it on a live website.

1. Plans Covered

These terms apply to the Starter Care ($15/month), Monthly Support ($30/month), and Business Care ($80/month) plans described on our Pricing page.

2. What's Included

  • Starter Care: basic monitoring, basic backups, email support, minor technical fixes, and one very small content update every three months.
  • Monthly Support: everything in Starter Care, plus one small update per month and up to 15 minutes of website work monthly.
  • Business Care: everything in Monthly Support, plus up to 45 minutes of website work monthly, priority support, and basic performance reviews.

3. What's Excluded

Care plans do not include new pages, section redesigns, booking or payment system additions, online stores, custom forms, membership or login systems, large content writing, major SEO work, or full redesigns. These are considered larger changes and are quoted separately under our Website Upgrades service.

4. Response Times

Starter Care follows a standard response time. Monthly Support requests are typically completed within 3–5 business days. Business Care includes priority, faster turnaround. [SPECIFIC SLA HOURS/DAYS PLACEHOLDER]

5. Monthly Support Limits

Each plan includes a defined amount of update time or update frequency per month, as described above. Requests beyond this limit will be completed the following month or quoted as an additional-work item, at the client's choice.

6. No Rollover of Unused Time

Unused updates or support time from any billing period do not carry over to future periods.

7. Additional-Work Approval

Any work beyond what is included in a client's care plan will be scoped, quoted, and confirmed in writing before work begins. No additional charges will be applied without the client's approval.

8. Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, premium themes or plugins, paid software, email hosting, and other third-party subscriptions are not included in care plan pricing and are billed separately, either directly to the client or passed through at cost. [THIRD-PARTY BILLING DETAILS PLACEHOLDER]

9. Payment Terms

Care plans are billed monthly in advance. [BILLING METHOD / DUE DATE PLACEHOLDER] Failure to pay may result in paused support or plan suspension.

10. Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms depend on the plan and client agreement in place at the time of signup. [NOTICE PERIOD / REFUND POLICY PLACEHOLDER — this section should be finalized with legal guidance before publishing.]

11. Website Access

Clients agree to provide Chezmaxo with the access needed (such as hosting or content-management credentials) to perform monitoring, backups, and updates under their plan.

12. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate update requests, reasonable response time to questions, and timely payment. Delays caused by missing information or access may affect turnaround times.

13. Backup Limitations

Backups are performed on a regular basis as a precaution but are not a guarantee against all forms of data loss. [BACKUP FREQUENCY / RETENTION PLACEHOLDER] Clients are encouraged to keep their own copies of key content where possible.

14. Service Interruptions

Chezmaxo is not responsible for outages caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or other third-party services outside of our direct control, though we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.

15. Ownership Terms

Website ownership terms are addressed in the client's individual service agreement. [OWNERSHIP TERMS PLACEHOLDER]

16. Acceptable Use

Care plans may not be used to request illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, or work outside the scope of standard small-business website maintenance.

17. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of a care plan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
