Basic monitoring, basic backups, email support, minor technical fixes, and one very small content update every three months. It's built for websites that mostly just need to stay healthy and online.
Hosting details are confirmed as part of your website agreement. In many cases hosting is arranged on your behalf and included as part of your plan; in others it may be billed separately. We'll always be clear about which applies to your project before you commit.
Cancellation terms depend on the care plan and client agreement you've signed. Details are outlined in your Website Care Plan Terms, which we're happy to walk through with you before you sign up.
Things like changing your business hours, updating a phone number or email, correcting text, replacing one image, updating a price, or adding a short announcement.
Large changes include adding new pages, redesigning sections, adding booking or payment systems, creating an online store, adding custom forms, adding memberships or login systems, writing large amounts of new content, major SEO work, or a full website redesign. These are quoted and approved separately from your care plan.
Website development starts at $199 for a Starter Website, $399 for a Business Website, and Advanced Websites (with features like online stores or booking systems) are custom-quoted. Final pricing depends on pages, features, content, and complexity.
Timelines vary by project size and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. During your free consultation, we'll give you a realistic estimate based on your specific project.
Yes. Full redesigns are treated as a larger project and quoted separately, based on what you'd like to keep, change, or rebuild from scratch. How this works depends on what platform your current site is built on — see the next question for details on WordPress and Wix specifically.
WordPress: yes. We can take over management directly through your hosting or the WordPress dashboard and handle updates, backups, security, and content changes. Wix: no, we're not able to manage a website while it stays on Wix. Wix is a closed platform — it doesn't allow a site's code or files to be exported or accessed from outside its own editor, so there's no way for us to monitor, back up, or maintain it the way our care plans work. What we can do is rebuild your Wix site as a proper website (usually on WordPress or a custom-built site), matching your existing pages, content, and design as closely as you'd like. Once it's rebuilt outside of Wix, it's fully manageable under any of our care plans going forward.
Ownership terms are clearly stated in your client agreement before any work begins, so you know exactly what you own and what's included as part of ongoing service.
Yes. We can help you choose and connect a domain name. Domain name registration itself is a third-party cost and may be billed separately from your website-development fee.
Yes, online stores are available as a larger upgrade with a custom quote, since they involve extra planning around products, payments, and shipping or fulfillment.
Care plan clients can reach out to our support team, and we'll investigate and resolve minor technical issues as part of your plan. More significant issues are assessed and, if needed, quoted separately.
No. To keep pricing simple and predictable for everyone, unused updates or support time do not roll over to the next month.
No. Domain names, premium software, paid plugins, email services, and other third-party subscriptions may cost extra and are separate from your website-development fee or monthly care plan.
In some cases, yes. Reach out during your free consultation and we can discuss whether a payment plan makes sense for your project.
Absolutely. Before your website goes live, you'll have a full review-and-approval step where you can request changes. We don't launch until you're happy with the result.
